Process

Students will be invited to submit technical idea (Problem statement with solution) in portal in order to solve certain problem related to suggested theme areas through registration 1. Any free idea can be submitted under any specific problem topic given in portal. All registered students must join whatsapp/telegram group.
Workshop will be conducted in Online Mode for those registered students to assist them in generating ideas. Video clips will be shared to students through whatsapp group to assist in generating ideas.
Idea presentation will take place in Hybrid mode. All have to present their ideas before scrutiny committee. Five best ideas (problem with solution) will be awarded.

All the groups will be assigned under mentorship of some group of faculties from KIIT university.
Faculties will mentor students in making prototype. Workshop will be conducted to train the students about prototype preparation, feasibility study and market analysis for launching the product.
Prototypes presentation competition will be conducted in KIIT campus (Offline Mode) to showcase prototype for each problem statement before scrutiny committee.
All the mentors of the team will receive appreciation certificates and incentives of Rs 10,000.
Best Prototype from each category will be selected. 5 best prototypes will be selected for getting awards and recognition. The 5 best prototypes will be given following facilities.

- - - Prize money
    - Incubation facility if they want
    - Travel Allowances & Lodging
    - Certificates

The 5 problem statements will be floated in the website portal for receipt of fresh ideas (Solution). Students have to freshly register in this stage. Those who have already submitted ideas in this problem statement are also required to register. Again, Students will be invited to submit technical ideas in portal in order to solve problems in 1 out of 5 given problem statements through registration 2.
Workshop will be conducted in Online mode for those registered students to assist them in generating ideas. Ideathon will take place in Hybrid Mode. All have to present their ideas before scrutiny committee.
From each category three best ideas (solution) will be selected for Prototype stage (Ideathon III).
